The one specified for Asian vehicles in our market is Valvoline Zerex Dex-Cool which is a phosphate & silicate free (OAT) In my country, Valvoline have phosphate free products, so not the same specifications. The one you list above is (HOAT) Hybrid Organic Acid Technology, which is phosphated (OAT) organic acid technology added to ethylene glycol. Tried Dex-Cool several years ago but had some issues with leaks at all the hose connections.Can of worms you opened up there for non USA residents, unfortunately Valvoline have different formulas for different countries. I've been using it for a few years without issues, this is what I have on my own bikes. You can get it at most any auto parts store and it meets the ASTM-D3306 and D4985 that Aprilia calls for in the back of the 2011+ RSV4 owner's manual.
